You don't need any technical knowledge; we handle everything from start to finish.

Your demo site is typically delivered within 5–10 business days of completing the onboarding form. The full setup — including review funnel, missed call automation, and SEO — is completed within 10–14 business days. We'll keep you updated at every step.

After purchasing, you'll fill out a short onboarding form covering your business name, services, service area, branding preferences, and contact details. The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor everything to your business. Our team may also follow up with a quick call to make sure we capture everything correctly.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee to cover the cost of building your custom website and configuring all your systems. The monthly plan has a $1,499 setup fee, and the yearly plan offers a discounted setup fee of $749. This is a one-time charge — after that, you're only billed your recurring subscription.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — your service continues until the end of your current billing period. Yearly plans are billed annually and are not refundable after the first 14 days. If you have any concerns about cancellation, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your demo site or setup within the first 14 days, contact us and we'll work to make it right or issue a refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Please email contact@omnixgenerational.com to discuss your situation.

Website & Services

Your website is custom built for your business — not a generic template. We design it around your brand, services, and target customers to make sure it converts visitors into leads. Every site we build is unique to the business it represents.

Your website is hosted and maintained as part of your Omnix subscription. If you ever choose to leave, we can discuss transferring the site assets to you. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation and we'll work out the best arrangement.

Happy customers are guided directly to leave a Google review, while unsatisfied customers are directed to a private feedback form so you can resolve issues before they become public.
