By accessing or using Omnix's website, software, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Omnix provides digital marketing and business automation software for service-based businesses, including but not limited to: website creation and hosting, automated lead follow-up, missed call text-back, review management funnels, marketing campaign tools, and local SEO. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using Omnix, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Omnix offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase.
We stand behind our Services. If Omnix fails to deliver measurable results as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the end of your first billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content, software, branding, and materials provided by Omnix — including but not limited to the platform interface, copy, logos, and system architecture — remain the exclusive property of Omnix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your active subscription period. You retain ownership of your own business data and customer information submitted to the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data, content, or materials you submit through the platform. By uploading content, you grant Omnix a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Services. We will never sell or share your customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, CRM tools). These integrations are subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. Omnix is not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of third-party services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for maximum uptime and performance, Omnix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Omnix in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact or emailing us directly. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Omnix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
